Who we are. EVERBELL LLC d/b/a 3L Candle Studio(“3L Candle Studio,” “we,” “us,” “our”), based in Florida, USA.

Scope. This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information when you interact with our website, text/phone lines, and services—including online orders and local pickup.

Information We Collect

• Identifiers & contact. Name, email, phone number, shipping/billing address.
• Order & payment. Items purchased, order totals, discounts; limited payment info processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card data).
• Communications & media. Messages you send (including photos for custom orders), customer support records, SMS consent status.
• Device/usage. IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed, timestamps, general location; cookies and similar technologies.
• User-generated content. Product reviews, messages, and photos you voluntarily provide.

Sources. Directly from you; automatically via our site/app; and from service providers (payments, hosting, messaging, delivery, analytics).

How We Use Information

• Fulfillment & support. Process orders, ship/pickup, confirmations, invoices,   returns/refunds, and customer service.
• Service updates & reminders. Emails and texts about orders, delivery, pickup, and support tickets.
• (Optional) Marketing. With your opt-in, we may send emails or texts about launches or promotions; unsubscribe/opt out anytime.
• Security & compliance. Fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and legal/contract obligations.
• Improvement & analytics. Understand site performance, fix bugs, and improve products.

SMS/MMS Program Disclosures

By calling or texting our number—or submitting your number with consent—you agree to receive service-related SMS/MMS (e.g., order updates, pickup reminders). If you separately opt in to marketing texts, you may receive promotional messages.

• Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.
• Opt-out keywords supported: STOP, STOP ALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT (stop all messages).
• Help keywords: HELP, INFO (program information).
• Rejoin: START (or SUBSCRIBE) to re-opt-in after opting out.
• No purchase condition: Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Children: Our messaging program is not directed to children under 13; do not enroll minors.

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Opt-in records. When you enroll in our SMS program, we log your name, mobile number, consent timestamp/date, opt-in method (e.g., checkout box, keyword, or web form), and the page/URL where consent was captured. We keep these records to demonstrate consent and troubleshoot messaging issues. We do not sell your number. 

Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for core site functions (cart, checkout, security) and analytics. You can manage cookies in your browser and via our cookie notice. Blocking cookies may affect functionality.

Sharing & Disclosure

We share personal information only with:

• Service providers under contract—examples include Stripe or Square (payments), Twilio (messaging), Google/Microsoft (hosting, storage, email), Google Analytics (analytics), and carriers/fulfillment providers (shipping/returns).
• Legal/compliance where required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.
• Business transfers (e.g., merger or asset sale), where your data may transfer subject to this Policy.

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If this changes, we will update this Policy and provide a “Do Not Sell or Share” link.

Retention

• Orders & tax records: typically up to 7 years (or as required by law).
• Support messages & media: typically up to 24 months unless needed longer (e.g., warranty, dispute).
• Marketing preferences: until you unsubscribe or your consent expires.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method is 100% secure; please use strong passwords and do not email full card details.

Your Choices & State Rights

• Access/correct/delete/portability. You can request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of your data (subject to legal limits).
• Opt-outs. Unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link provided; reply STOP to opt out of texts (see keywords above).
• State privacy rights (e.g., CA/CO/CT/VA). To submit a request—or appeal a denial—email support@3lcandlestudio.com or call (386) 340-8108. You may use an authorized agent; we will verify your (and the agent’s) identity/authority. We respond within applicable statutory timelines.

Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

International Visitors

If you access our site from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the U.S., which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send Do Not Track (DNT) signals. We do not respond to DNT at this time.

Changes to This Policy

We will post updates here with a new effective date. For pending orders/returns, we honor the version in effect on your purchase date.
